The Pearl

 Please meet "Sezyou's Sweet Won" a 1991 ottb U23681 (below)and her dam "Golden Kennisis" (above).  Sweet had 16 starts, came in 1st once, 2nd and 3rd twice.  Sweet was named correctly for sure because she is the sweetest mare I have ever met. And they are SO appreciative.

The Pearl is about 25 and Calypso has cataracts in both eyes.  They are extremely attached and seeking full sanctuary together.

After Marisa spent HOURS removing burrs from Pearl's Tail and mane, we found she has a HUGE tail!

The Pearl and her daughter were abandoned to fend for themselves.  Pearl was exhausted.  Thin and shaking scared, huddling together they were thrown out on the street by their owner and a concerned samaritan brought them to us for help.  We are full with pleading waiting lists.  Please help us as their time is running out.  We can only do what community support allows us to.  There is a FAR GREATER need for a sanctuary than a rescue/rehome. God help this poor mare and her baby.
