He was blessed with owners who cared and searched and did not give up until they found Amaryllis when he was injured on the track.

Dan is in rehabilitation now.  His very best friend in the world is Arapaho.

He raced 7 times over the course of a year.  He placed well until he suffered some bone chips in his knees.  Four months after the injury he remains swollen.  He is sound, however.  He has undergone 2 sessions of ULCER GUARD and one of QUITT.  He is no longer on QUIESSENCE, but is going on Cosequin.  Donations for this very, very special little baby boy's medical needs are appreciated!
